How I lost 20 KG!!!!!!

Hey guys, welcome to my blog . Today I am going to be sharing my weight loss journey with you guys.

So I lost around 20 kg. I started my weight loss journey in February 2020. At first I joined the gym but

due to the covid pandemic as we all know everything got shut down so I started doing the exercise at

home. So let's do a little background on weight. So growing up I was always a healthy child, I was born

healthy, it just went that way. So in 2017 after my 10 boards exam I decided I would join the gym. At

that time I weighed around 97 kg. So after 3 months of joining the gym I lost around 8 kg but due to

some circumstances I had to leave. Also after that I had my 12 boards because of which I had a lot to

stress so I decided I would join after. So in February I finally joined the gym but you all know why

that was not successful. So during the pandemic I came across Chloe ting 2 weeks of shred challenge.

I saw many girls getting results so I decided to do the challenge and that's how my weight loss journey

began. I think Chloe ting is everyone's lifesaver. Thank you Chloe ting.

So before we begin I want to tell you that I am not a doctor or a nutritionist nor am I studying it. I am

an engineering student. All the things that I followed were based on the research I did on the internet.

So I know I am going to share what all changes I make to lose weight.

So the first is to exercise 4-6 days a week.

In the start I followed the Chloe ting workout, I followed her workout schedule but after sometime

I started doing extra workouts as I wasn't seeing much result. I did many youtubers workout. I had

at least 1 day of rest, which usually was sunday. Rest days are really important as it allows the

body's muscles to recover from any damage they've sustained during workouts. And numerous

scientific studies show that rest days do indeed play an important role in helping us maintain good

health and fitness. More intense the workout, the more the weight loss.

Now the second thing I did is eating calorie deficit diet

Now I wasn't really on any diet because for the love of god I can't diet. So what I did was I ate food

in small quantities. Also I used an app to log details about my food and the amount of calories it

contains. If you don't want to use an app it's fine you can just assume how much you really want to

use it. Since I wasn't really on a diet my weight loss process was slow but I highly suggest you visit

a nutritionist or a doctor before you go on a diet.

Third thing I did is drinking 2-3 lit of water everyday

So drinking water has many benefits and one of them is it helps in weight loss. So I drank around

2-3 litres of water everyday. I always drank water before eating my food as it reduces hunger.

Fourth thing I did was to drink apple cider vinegar every morning after waking up.

I am telling you that its taste is literally the worst. I used to drink it with a straw as it is acidic and can

be harmful for teeth. Also I recommend to do research or go to a specialist before starting acv as it

is acidic and may cause negative effects for you. It also helps in reducing the pimples so it may have

some benefits. Acv helps in boosting the metabolism so it does not directly have an impact in weight

loss. We also need to do exercise for weight.

Fifth thing apart from exercising I also walked for around 1 hr

Now after lunch and dinner I used to walk for 15-30 min everyday for proper digestion. Sometimes

I even used to walk 10000 steps. So I really think walking can also help in weight loss.

Sixth is keep yourself motivated

And to do that I used social media. After watching many people go through their transformation I

definitely got motivated. It really makes us think that we can also do it. So social does sometimes

have a good effect. Also motivation is the key to success so keep yourself motivated

This was my experience losing weight. It might not work as NOT ALL BODIES ARE THE SAME.

Thank you.
